Fight Your Fears

Many times in your life, you decide you want a change, feeling unhappy with your current lifestyle. You need a fresh change, getting away from the past then deciding it is time, for finding a more productive life. How you feel positive and negative plays a role in your life over a length of time.
Many people feel the temptation drive where they believe the next change will lead them to a better tomorrow. People want to feel that niche by having that fulfilling life thinking it can help overcome how they currently feel. Many may feel their lives are not complete without that next unknown fulfilling journey. What’s so wrong about wanting a fulfilling life? Not a thing but what’s the worst that could happen?
In my life, since I was a child, I have moved from place to place many times, finding out most of them were unnecessary. As I have gotten to be a young adult, I kind of look back in amazement. I never realized moving place to place, (even though for others a change can be a good thing at times), have taught me many good and bad experiences along the way. Although, I had the past lifestyle of moving often, the point to think about is how much of an impact people fight their own fears by wanting a better lifestyle without properly confronting it.
I’ve learned over the years, you cannot live a better lifestyle if you DO NOT confront the problems that cause you to want a better one. If you are willing to be at ease, your lifestyle will change. What you may want in life thinking the next chapter will be the better one may not be what is best for you.
Challenge your life by making a change today by starting over fresh. Do something that you  never thought of doing to help give yourself a more satisfying lifestyle. Adjust your lifestyle  more positively by research and planning how you can change your daily routines. For  example, like getting rid of any material possessions that you know is useless that you will never  have the need for, even as well as unnecessary work habits that make you miserable. The point  for you to think about is telling yourself that you can live a more contented life while not being  bombarded of holding on to the habits that you fear your lifestyle can do without. Being  contented can help you have a more fulfilling lifestyle that you need. This suggestion may not fix everyone’s solution. But for those who may relate going through these similar situations, the point to realize is getting away from old habits that your fears may play on you.
What is needed, rather than running away or controlling or suppressing or any other resistance, is understanding fear; that means, watch it, learn about it, come directly into contact with it. We are to learn about fear, not how to escape from it. – Jiddu Krishnamurti
